Eternal Impact exists to inspire an emerging generation to submit their lives to Jesus Christ and equip them to own, share and demonstrate their faith throughout the world.

Founded in 1997 by John & Jennifer Garrick, we are a collection of Christ followers who, empowered by the Holy Spirit, seek to learn and grow from biblical teaching and practical life-application of our faith. We partner with local churches and ministry organizations to facilitate life-changing encounters with Jesus Christ through relevant biblical teaching, international mission experiences and practical leadership training.

Because God has called us and because we see a unique and growing need among older teens and twenty-somethings, we are launching Immersion.

Immersion reflects the unique needs of this generation of young people and the cultural context which they are living. Technology and techniques can be taught, but a true leader is formed in the core of an individual. As we learn to lead like Jesus, our Core Curriculum will focus on these eight areas that are often overlooked or under emphasized in today’s emerging leaders:
